We are an ERP implementation company that specializes in Microsoft and SAP implementation. Our experience spans various industries, including CPG, Lifestyle, Fashion, Industrial Manufacturing, EPC, BFS, and Services. We have successfully implemented ERP systems for over 400 domestic and international companies, including significant brands. Our establishment coincided with India’s economic liberalization, which led to rapid expansion for many business families and first-generation entrepreneurs. We have had the privilege of supporting these businesses with ethical and visionary leadership by providing them with systems, methods, and technology solutions to drive growth and enhance process control.
India is currently one of the most promising economies. It is home to a high concentration of progressive business families transitioning into professionally managed corporations and poised to expand into multinational corporations, akin to the growth of American business houses in the 20th century, which ushered in an era of stability.
Our Journey
We initially started as a company developing ERP products. However, we soon realized that by using globalized pre-packaged applications, we could provide faster time-to-value for our clients. We focus on delivering global ERP, CRM, HRMS, and SCM software solutions using pre-packaged “Best Practices” as our key asset. These pre-packaged “Best Practices” ensure that the organization is mature regarding practices, habits, and data collection. However, in reality, the organization needs to be transformed as a prerequisite for adopting the inherent best practices of the product.
Therefore, successful ERP implementation requires a combination of knowledge in business accounting, technology, and organizational behavior change. At Acxiom, we have a center of excellence representing expertise in the industry’s accounting, technology, and change management areas.
