Partnerships
We collaborate with a network of partners for both sales and delivery. We implement and deliver solutions on behalf of IBM and provide training and support to partner organizations implementing ERP solutions on our behalf. Additionally, we deploy trained resources from our partner organizations and work with strategic partners to manage the entire business cycle, from sales to delivery to support and enhancements.
We are also establishing a network of CA and audit firms to help our clients streamline their financial business processes. If needed, we can provide additional accounting and audit resources to implement control process re-engineering around ERP in a build-operate-transform model. This offering is particularly useful when the client organization has limited internal resources for ERP projects.
